    Need the occasional space to get focused work done, but not ready to commit to the full membership? Our patrons can be a part of the community on a limited basis.

    Bring your laptop and have a focused work area that isn’t your house or coffee shop. At the end of the day, pack up and head out.

Additional Member - $50/mo.

Add a second member to an existing membership and take turns coming in for some focused, quiet work (only 1 individual in the space at a time).

Locker Storage - $10/mo.

Want a place to keep some valuables on-site? We have 12”x12” lockers available for rent, just bring your own lock and have additional peace of mind.

Mailing Address - $10/mo.

Need an address to list for your business? You can use ours and have mail delivered through our mail slot. Safe, easy, and convenient.

R5 Annex

FAQs

  • It all starts with a tour! Since we’re committed to community, we like to meet each person face-to-face, answer their questions, and show them some hospitality in the space.

    So, sign up for a tour at a time that is convenient to you.

    During the tour, we’ll tell you about all the details of signing up.

  • We’re a self-managed space without a full-time front desk. Because of that, you’ll need to schedule a tour to start a membership.

  • Yes, we have space for approximately 10 cars in our lot. Overflow parking can be found within walking distance for free.

  • Unfortunately, the coworking area is on the second floor of an old freight building and we do not have an elevator.

    However, the Annex space is on the first floor and is accessible.

  • Our parking lot and entrance are located off Mill Street on the back side of the building. The door is red and has our logo on it.

  • We only allow current members to use our address for their business address.

  • We don’t offer day passes for coworking. However, we do offer hourly and day rates to rent the Annex.
